Please note that while we strive to ensure long-lasting results, factors such as usage and environmental conditions may impact the longevity of coatings.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information for all orders, inquiries, and transactions.
Inspection: Upon receiving your items after service completion, you are responsible for inspecting them immediately. If there is any issue or discrepancy, please inform us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will work with you to address any issues identified within this period.

3. Estimates and Payments

Estimates: Quotes provided are based on information shared with us and may vary if additional work is required. Any necessary changes will be communicated for approval before we proceed.
Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon service completion, unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept various forms of payment, and by paying for services, you agree to cover the full amount due, including any applicable taxes or fees.

4. Warranty and Liability

Service Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our work. Should a defect in workmanship arise within a reasonable period after service (typically 30 days), we will, at our discretion, repair or re-coat the item at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or exposure to extreme conditions.
Limitations of Liability: Hub Cap Annie and Wheel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

If items are shipped to us or returned to you via a third-party carrier, we are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit. Customers are responsible for selecting and paying for shipping insurance if desired.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Hub Cap Annie and Wheel or is licensed to us. No content may be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
